1) What guarantee do you give for your products?

All of our products carry a 10-year warranty against any defects in manufacturing. If a defect is found, please contact us to arrange a site visit to establish the solution. We do not offer warranties on any installation issues but have a technical team on hand to offer advice on the correct installation methods to avoid any problems.

 

 2) How do I maintain the looks of my product?

All of our products are maintenance free, and would not rot or require any painting upkeep. The only recommendation is that you wash the product occasionally with warm soapy water. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE SOLVENT CLEANERS AS THESE MAY DISCOLOUR YOUR PRODUCT. Please contact us for any advice you may require on stubborn marks.

 

3) How do I fit your products?

Most of our products available do have fitting instructions available on the website for you to follow if you click the relevant link. The majority of our products can be fitted by a competent DIY enthusiast with the use of a drill, screwdrivers and fine-toothed saws. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a fitting service however if you require any further information or advice, please contact our technical department for assistance.

 

4) Does the colour of your products fade over time?

Our products are made with the UK’s leading materials that have been rigorously tested. Our gelcoats are UV stable and are resistant to fading. Your fibreglass product will maintain its colour for many years to come.

 

5) What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on standard products only within 30 days of receipt providing the goods are in their original unfitted good condition, there would be a 20% restocking fee of the product incurred and you would be required to return the goods to our premises yourself. Goods must be found to be in their good original unfitted condition in order to credit the full item amount and the restocking fee must be paid prior to return. Original carriage and returns fees will NOT be refunded. Returns apply to standard products only - please contact us prior to arranging a return to confirm.

 

6) How do I place an order?

We operate an online shop which takes PayPal and most card payments (excluding American Express) – once you have chosen your product, add it to your basket and follow the simple on-screen instructions to complete your purchase. You will receive an emailed confirmation. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date if your product is in stock – if your product has a “lead time”, please be advised we will contact you as soon as your order is ready for shipment.
